What can you expect?

Immediately after the onboarding, you will start working on one or more client projects. You will be responsible for the project while receiving support and coaching from team members and senior Wolves. You will rapidly be exposed to a variety of strategic topics in different industries across South Africa (and possibly beyond). You will work with passionate colleagues in an entrepreneurial and knowledge-sharing environment.

What will you do?

  • Analyse businesses’ dynamics and processes and use your helicopter view to assess improvement potential

  • Make structured assessments of existing processes, roles and responsibilities within an organisation by conducting interviews and collecting relevant data

  • Leverage your problem-solving skills and business judgment to identify, structure and present solutions to clients

  • Develop sophisticated financial models based on a set of sound hypothesis

  • Draft compelling client presentations with clear messages

  • Engage and build trusted relationships with our clients

  • Develop ownership of our internal processes to boost our sustainable growth

Your profile

  • Honour’s degree (at minimum) with excellent grades in Engineering, Economics or another field with a passion for business and analytics

  • 2 or more years of professional experience, including a significant part in management consulting or a similar role in the industry

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent skills with Excel, while PowerBI and Python capabilities would provide a distinct advantage

  • Experience in one or some of functional analysis and/or project management, business / process engineering, business intelligence, data transformations, market research, route-to-market studies, monitoring and evaluation, GHG and lifecycle assessments would be attractive, but not essential.

  • Fluent in English and proficient in Afrikaans, Xhosa and/or Zulu

  • Positive entrepreneurial mindset

  • You share our vision and passion for delivering a positive impact to clients and beyond

  • You are based in South Africa and willing to work in the region of Cape Town or Johannesburg
