What can you expect?
After onboarding, you will start working on one or more client projects while receiving support and coaching from your passionate colleagues. You will be exposed to a variety of strategic topics in different industries across Belgium (and possibly beyond).
What will you do?
Analyse businesses’ dynamics and processes and use your helicopter view to assess improvement potential
Leverage your problem-solving skills and business judgment to identify, structure and present solutions to the clients
Engage and build trusted relationships with our clients
Develop ownership of our internal processes to boost our sustainable growth
You will be specializing in our Sustainability Tribe:
Conduct materiality assessments to draw the sustainability roadmap of different companies
Help consolidate ESG reportings
Perform life cycle assessments to reduce companies’ environmental footprint
Create carbon accounting dashboards
Identify energy-efficient process alternatives in different industries
Incorporate ESG in the best practices of our clients
Please note that your qualifications & prior experience(s) will determine the specific level at which you'll enter.
Your profile
You have a Master’s degree with excellent grades in Business Engineering or Engineering, or another field
You have a passion for business and analytics
You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience, including a significant part in management consulting or other relevant experience
You’re a natural communicator and present effectively
Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
You have a positive entrepreneurial mindset, and you adhere to the INSPIRE values of BrightWolves and Quanteus Group
You are based in Belgium
